My neice, Rochelle, is 21 today. I cannot believe that 21 years has gone so fast, It only seems like yesterday that I told my sister, Wendy, she should have waited. Rochelle was due on 22nd July, Rich was due on the 1st July and was staying put. His head was not even engaged.
